7. Eligibility
To use our subscription services you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes
Our services are intended for adults. They are not designed for unsupervised use by children.
8. Subscriptions, Payments and Renewals
8.1 Subscription Plans
We may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans. The price, features and term of each plan are shown on our website at the time of purchase.
8.2 Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
- By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis.
8.3 Promotional Offers & Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, free trials or other offers (“Promotional Offers”).
- Conditions of use – Each Promotional Offer will be subject to any additional terms described at the time it is issued (for example, eligibility, duration, discount level, applicable products or plans).
- Single use & non-transferable – Promotional codes are for personal use only, may be used once per person (unless stated otherwise) and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
- No cash alternative – Promotional Offers cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
- Expiry – Promotional Offers are only valid until the expiry date stated with the offer or, if none is stated, may be withdrawn by us at any time.
- Combination with other offers – Promotional Offers cannot usually be combined with other discounts, free trials or promotions, unless we clearly say otherwise.
- Abuse or misuse – We may cancel a Promotional Offer, or suspend or terminate your access, if we reasonably believe it is being used:

- fraudulently, or
- for any purpose other than its intended use.
- Changes & withdrawal – We may change or withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time, provided this does not adversely affect you after you have already redeemed it in accordance with its terms.

8.3 Free Trials
If we offer a free trial:
- The trial duration will be stated at sign-up.
- At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Free trials are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated.
8.5 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings (or by contacting us if that’s not possible).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access until that date.
- Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partially used periods.
8.6 Cooling-Off Period (UK consumer law)
If you are a UK consumer:
- You may have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your subscription from the date of purchase.
- If you request immediate access to the digital service (which you typically do by clicking “Start now” or similar) and we begin providing the services, you may lose your right to a full refund for that period under consumer law.

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law
Where we are liable to you, our total liability in connection with your use of the services will not, where permitted by law, exceed the total amount you have paid to us for subscriptions in the 12 months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
