The 2024 GP Patient Survey found that over 90% of people found it helpful to discuss what was important to them and agree a plan with a healthcare professional. Through Wellbeing First, you can message a Health and Wellbeing Coach for personalised support and accountability, helping you work towards a healthier, more balanced life in line with your values.
Alongside Health and Wellbeing Coaching, Wellbeing First also offers access to a Personal Trainer for extra guidance around movement and exercise. Clients focus on behaviour change and achieving self-identified goals. This is done through motivation, accountability and facilitated discussions around the topics that are most important to them. Health and wellbeing coaches are not able to diagnose or treat medical conditions. They also do not provide medical advice.
