I’m the founder of Wellbeing First - a digital hub supporting patients and staff across the NHS, private healthcare and employer sectors. The platform offers on-demand lifestyle and long-term condition courses, a resource library, goal-setting tools, and optional 1-to-1 coaching.
Built from my experience as an NHS Health & Wellbeing Coach and my background in nursing, paramedic science, and general practice, together with lived experience of type 1 diabetes, Wellbeing First is designed to break down barriers like lack of motivation, access, rigid appointments and conflicting or unreliable resources.
Alongside my clinical work, I’ve worked in filmmaking and web design, creating campaigns for charities such as North London Hospice, RDA, and Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF). Outreach and presenting opportunities, such as speaking at the House of Lords on living with a long-term condition, have cemented my belief in the power of education and ownership.
My mission is to champion inclusive, flexible and balanced approaches that ease pressure on teams as well as individuals and help people make meaningful, lasting changes.
